As Halloween approaches, we’re asking parents and young people to help keep Efford a safe and welcoming place for everyone. 🎃

In recent years, we’ve seen a rise in antisocial behaviour around this time — including property damage, youth related crime, and noise late into the night. This year, let’s work together to make sure the celebrations stay fun and respectful.
